An honest and open approach

Being honest and open is essential in making your business blogs and Tweets engage with the people who you want to read and listen to your messages but proper planning is key. A light approach is better but care must be taken to avoid posting inappropriate information for the world to see.

Your business message can be conveyed in a chatty way but an inappropriate style can do more harm than good. Blogs for example need to be fresh, interesting and regular. Think carefully about what you want to say and how you are going to say it and ensure profile biographies to retain consistency across all platforms.
